I called first to enquire about a vehicle and had a good chat with Keith. We arranged a suitable appointment time and he helped with all questions I had, even the daft ones. He was exceptionally helpful, polite and not pushy which made a refreshing change from previous garages which have tried to push a sale. He followed up a week later as he said he would so that he could help with changing number plates to personal and making sure I was happy with everything. We Bought a Audi A4 allroad from this company 10 days ago and the car and service was great . Really nice guys Just one little downside with the car so far, the rear tyres keep going flat (down to 10 psi in a few days ) ive been under the car today and both rear tyres are bald on the inside so need changing . I hope the alloys are not cracked :( as we have only done 100 so miles so far

Extremely Happy with the Company
I recently purchased my Audi A6 Quattro from Exclusive Motor Company. I wasn't able to do the test drive or even view the vehicle myself due to work commitments, so we arranged for a friend of mine to attend on my behalf. Everything went very smoothly and I put the deposit down over the phone on completion of the test drive. I collected the car a few days later on my return and was extremely happy with the purchase. Keith took the time to explain various functions of the vehicle to me and completed all of the relevant paperwork very professionally. A few weeks after the purchase unfortunately the A/C stopped working (right in the middle of the hot spell) I contacted the company and explained the situation. I was assured that everything was covered with the warranty and to bring the car back in. I was given a loaner car (with A/C) whilst they took care of my car initially through their garage and subsequently direct with Audi. I would have no hesitation in recommending Exclusive Motor Company and will gladly buy from them in the future.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them, It's a family run business, there children was also there, who kept my children entertained. Within the warehouse was a stunning Audi A1 that caught my eye - test drive and little negotiation and I drove home the same day as a happy new owner of an immaculate car. keith was really helpful and not pushy for after sales or extended warrantee.

Over the moon with my car
The car was in immaculate condition and extremely clean from the inside. Small stone chips got corrected and the team could not do enough for me. I could even hand in my old car for scrap and got some money I return. My friend came with me and said immediately that she would buy her next car through them as well. I would come back any time again If I was looking for a new car. Also what I noticed there was no pushy attitude towards any sales . I felt totally comfortable and I am ever so pleased with my Kia Sportage.
